1. Overview

Precision Football Academy is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our refund practices for memberships, session registrations, camps, and online library subscriptions.

2. Block Memberships (Premium & Silver)

Non-Refundable

Block memberships (Premium $600/block, Silver $325/block) are generally non-refundable once purchased. These memberships provide session tokens valid only within the 4-week block period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

Membership purchased in error (within 24 hours of purchase)
Technical/billing errors by Precision Football Academy
Cancellation of the entire block by Precision Football Academy

3. Session Registrations (Drop-In)

Drop-in session registrations are subject to the following cancellation policy:

24+ hours before session: 1 credit refunded — no cash refund
Within 24 hours of session: No refund. Credit is forfeited
No-Show: $90 penalty fee charged. Account locked from future bookings until paid

Drop-in credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Library Membership

Library subscriptions ($10/month or promotional pricing) are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Camps & Special Events

Refunds for camps and special events depend on cancellation timing:

30+ days before event: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
14–29 days before: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: No refund

6. No-Show Penalty (Small Group Training Only)

If you register for a small group training session and do not attend without cancelling in advance, a $90 no-show penalty will be charged. This fee must be paid before you can register for future sessions. Refunds are not provided for no-show charges unless the absence was due to a documented emergency.

This penalty does not apply to camps or special events.

7. How to Request a Refund

Order or registration ID
Reason for refund request
Any supporting documentation

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

9. Policy Updates

Precision Football Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
